Please note that if you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. If your package is lost during transit, you must submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the error was on our part, we will cover the costs for any claims deemed valid.
Wrong Address –
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our suppliers You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed –
If you fail to claim your shipment, it will be sent back to our suppliers facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to you.
Please note that for sealed goods, such as face masks, we are unable to accept returns due to health and hygiene reasons. If you choose to return an order that includes face masks, please be aware that we cannot reship them and they will be disposed of.
Direct Returned by Customer To Suppliers-
Customers are advised to contact GIDI WEARS before returning any products to our suppliers. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We do not offer returns for, face masks, as well as size exchanges. So ensure you actually want those items before placing orders.
Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our suppliers Customer Service directly and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. A copy of the correspondence with our suppliers must be sent to GIDI WEARS with 24 hours of the expression of return.
The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation by our suppliers to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers –
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; therefore, GIDI WEARS and our suppliers reserve the right to refuse returns at their sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
